My name is Matthew Slotwinski.

I live in the City of Sarnia, Ontario. I have found this to be an excellent place to grow up if you are interested in music. Being located on the border of the United States, and between the cities of Detroit and Toronto, it is possible to gain a sense of influence from both the Canadian and American music industry hubs.

I grew up playing piano (not by choice) but have since given up the instrument. However, I do plan on beginning to play again in the near future. I have also played some guitar and bass over the last several years. Furthermore, if they count for anything, I have also played marginal amounts on the recorder and trombone, although this was limited to band in elementary and highschool.

In terms of education, I have graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Public Management. Upon my commencement I had been on the Dean’s List for several years. At this point in time I am working on a Master’s degree in Public Administration at the University of Western Ontario.

Outside of music I enjoy some of the following activities:
